Delivery
Standard Shipping assures live foods arrival within
zones 1-3 from Oak Hill Florida. States included in zones 1-3 are:
AL, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, Eastern KS, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ,
NY City and Southern NY State, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV.
Beyond zone 3, shippers do not always deliver within 2 days with their standard
service. These distances require a Premium Service for reliable live delivery.
Shipping charges are determined based on a "box
charge" of $2.50 per order plus
$2.25 per pound shipping weight. The shipping weight for each item
in an order is its
net weight plus one (1) pound. That additional pound represents the container for
the item,
packing materials, and the carton. Although this approach may not be perfect,
we believe it accommodates the multitude of possible order
combinations and the limitations of the ECommerce software.
Premium Service (Next Day) is available for any order and required for
customers outside the States listed above for $22.00 up to 10 pounds (includes
all shipping and handling). Indicate selection Premium Next Day in the comments section of your
order.
